Technical Direct deliver an online questionnaire for yet another a major UK corporate using its highly successful questionnaire building tool. The online tool allows administrators to create questionnaires and online polls and receive feedback via automatic emails.
The following modules are included within the product:
Registration - The registration module gives the microsite the ability to allow candidates to access the site and input their details onto the system. The process includes scheme selection to enable the system to recognise the required workflow items to present to the candidate during further modules. As a stand alone module, the Registration process is used to gather information about prospective candidates without requiring the candidate to answer any further questions.
Candidate Administration - Enables candidates to be searched based on scheme, status and other given criteria. Gives the admin staff the ability to update candidate details, withdraw candidates, reset candidate passwords and monitor a candidates progress through the process.
Question Administration - Allows administrators to amend question text using a question editor tool. The editor can update current questions; not just the words but the format and style of the text in html allowing for full integration with clients branding.
Email Administration - Enables the text in any emails, used by the modules and then sent to candidates by the workflow, to be updated. This includes the ability to manage any required email delays that the client wants built into the emailing process.
Scheme Administration - Open and Close schemes as required by the business. The system detects when a scheme has been closed or re-opened and only displays available schemes to applicants.
Schemes can be further broken down into Modes. A candidate would initially select the Scheme and the system then displays lists of Modes, if configured, for the candidate to select.
Application Form workflow - Displays the questions and answers in a series of pre-defined pages, stores the responses to the questions and navigates through the system based on the responses
