Once again Technical Direct pass ISO9001:2000 TickIT inspection with flying colours!
Technical Direct is ISO 9001:2000 registered for Software application design, development and service delivery.
Operations Director Patrick Pakes said that our continued renewal of our ISO registration shows Technical Direct's commitment to quality and delivery of software which sets us aside from many software houses.
Technical Direct adhere to the following standards for all projects:
- Every project has deliverables against which performance is measured.
- Every project requires a design review before coding commences. This is to ensure that a deliverable solution is proposed.
- Every project requires a Test Plan that must be verified and signed off by at least two people.
- Development teams operate to clearly defined design and coding standards to ensure quality and maintainability of developed code.
- An agreed form of acceptance criteria will be developed at an early stage, which will be used to assess delivery against requirements.
Every project must adhere to Technical Directs Quality Management System.
