We scoped and created a multi-language win32 application,
installed across 200 Clients in 4 countries.
The system produces monthly customer reports, with feedback and
metrics. It allocates cases to resources, and records details for
data mining.
Successfully rolled out across the business, the new system allowed
ICAS customers and employees to interact far more effectively,
providing valuable and actionable metrics on employee well being.
The new efficiencies and streamlined operation of the system enables
ICAS to develop new client business with more organisations.
It also allows ICAS to provide detailed customer reports on employee
satisfaction. Improving employee well being, and in turn employee
motivation.
