HSBC wanted to show business customers the benefits of their invoice finance offering.We developed a series of online and interactive films, putting the user in control and giving them clear routes through to booking a consultation or finding out more information. Ultimately, making contact with HSBC. Two invoice finance customers were filmed talking about their experience of HSBC‘s offering and the business customer service team. Importantly these are real customers, not actors, giving their honest opinion of the service and HSBC‘s people and talking about how invoice finance impacts on their business day-to-day. The films can be watched as a linear narrative, from beginning to end, or as individual short films about the area most relevant to the viewer.
